Haha I hadn’t seen that. Maybe it was in rough shape? Either way I’d probably have gone with a wrap. Those wheels are SPENsive!

This may sell well, but I can’t help but wonder why. It has a ton of miles, it was repainted from a fantastic color, and it has a blower that could have weakened the already aging engine. The owner obviously drove it hard as well with some of the comments in the post (which is to be expected).
With how cheap that blower is, you would be better off buying an original stock e39, checking it out thoroughly (compression check, etc). and then boosting it if you see fit.

Totally agree. Someone that is looking for that car will buy it for more than I’d pay. I’d have no beef with a 1-3 owner bone stock example.
